Consultation on 2026 Amendments to the Hong Kong Harmonized System

The Census and Statistics Department is conducting a consultation on amendments to the Hong Kong Harmonized System to be implemented as from 1 January 2026.  If you have any suggestions, please complete the proforma and return it to us by post, fax or email no later than 14 May 2025. [Details]


For lodging import/export declarations in Hong Kong, the commodities have to be coded in 8-digit Hong Kong Harmonized System (HKHS) codes.
