Background
The customer opinion surveys have been conducted annually since 1994 to collect opinions of customers visiting our Service Centre on Trade Statistics. These surveys provide a means of gauging customers’ views on the quality of the services provided.
Survey method
The survey is conducted from September to October of the year. All customers visiting the Service Centre on Trade Statistics are requested to complete a self-administered questionnaire and return it to the staff at the counter.
Results of the most recent round of the survey
The most recent round of the survey was carried out from September to October 2019. The results showed that the Department continued to provide a high standard of services. Majority of the customers were either very satisfied or satisfied with our services.
