“Science in the Public Service” (SIPS) is a joint campaign by government bureaux/departments and other organisations to promote their scientific work and application of technology to the provision of services for the general public.  From July to November 2019, a series of public lectures and forums will be held and the theme is “Science in My City”.  One of the lectures will be delivered by a Senior Statistician of the Census and Statistics Department with the details as follows:
