Means to Reply to Declaration Notice

The Declaration Notice Reply Hotline System of the Census and Statistics Department have ceased to provide service starting from 4 July 2022.  You can reply to the Declaration Notice by the following means.

• By e-mail - Sending a completed electronic form "TSP101" to the e-mail address trade-declaration@censtatd.gov.hk
• By fax - Fax to 2877 5399
• By mail* - Mailing the reply to "Trade Statistics Processing Section, 18/F, Wanchai Tower, Hong Kong"

* Please ensure your mail items bear sufficient postage before posting. Any mail items bearing insufficient postage will be returned or disposed of by the Hongkong Post.
