Abstract

A round of THS, comprising mainly a household survey as well as an associated institutions survey conducted separately, was carried out during June to August 2004. The survey collected information on the pattern of study in higher education in respect of household members, and the socio-demographic profile, health status and long-term care needs of older persons (including older persons in domestic households and older persons in institutions with residential services).
