Abstract

"Hong Kong 2006 Population By-census Thematic Report : Single Parents", provides a comprehensive range of statistics on single parents in Hong Kong. It goes into some length in analysing the characteristics of single parents: demographic characteristics, education, labour force, household and housing, children aged under 18 of single parents, and geographical distribution. Comparisons are also made with relevant results of the past population censuses/by-censuses.
