Abstract

The Establishment Survey on Manpower Training and Job Skills Requirements was conducted by the Census and Statistics Department during the third quarter of 2002 under the auspices of the Education and Manpower Bureau.

This report presents employers' views on their future manpower requirements, aspirations and preparation in relation to Hong Kong¡¦s economic restructuring and China's accession to the World Trade Organisation, manpower training and job skills requirements and evaluation of employees' general performance.
