Abstract

This report presents the results of the General Household Survey conducted by the Census and Statistics Department during July to September (Q3) of 2011. The General Household Survey is a continuous sample survey to collect information on the labour force, unemployment and underemployment. This quarterly publication provides analysis on labour force participation, unemployment and underemployment with tables and charts showing the characteristics of the labour force. Statistics on hours of work and employment earnings of the employed and underemployed persons are also included.
