| Abstract |
| The 2006 Population By-census was conducted by C&SD during the 18-day period from 15 July to 1 August 2006. Results of the 2006 Population By-census have been released in stages starting from February 2007. It provides a wealth of data on the socio-economic characteristics of the population in Hong Kong, thus allowing studies to be undertaken on various facets of the community and also on specific sub-groups of the population. This article utilises the results of the 2006 Population By-census to give an overview of youths (persons aged 15 – 24) in Hong Kong. |
