Abstract

This article gives a brief account of the fertility trend in Hong Kong over the period from 1975 to 2004. In view of the recent change in the situation of women giving births in Hong Kong, the data coverage used in compiling fertility statistics has been enhanced. This article also discusses the enhancements.
