Abstract

This publication presents quarterly statistics on the gross value of construction works performed by construction establishments. The statistics can provide prompt indications of the current output levels and trends in the construction industry. The gross value of construction works performed by construction establishments covers the output of architectural and civil engineering works at construction sites, renovation, repair and maintenance of immobile structures, and specialized construction-related job areas such as concreting, scaffolding, carpentry, plumbing and gas works. Gross value of construction works in terms of both nominal values and constant prices are published. In addition, seasonally adjusted data are also disseminated.
