Statistics Advisory Board
Terms of Reference
To advise the Commissioner for Census and Statistics on statistical matters referred to the Board by the Commissioner.
Composition
The Board is a non-statutory advisory body, comprising a Chairperson, 13 non-official members and 3 official members. Its membership consists of professionals from the business sector, academia and the community, providing a wide representation to assist the Commissioner in integrating the views of data users, data suppliers and statisticians. The term of the Board members is two years.
